CINCINNATI — After a 14-6 first quarter, Northwest went on to score two more touchdowns and stifle the Wilmington attack to take a 28-6 win over the visiting Hurricane.
 Wilmington is now 1-2 on the season. The lone Hurricane score came when Quinten Rollins took a punt return in from long range. The team did not score the point after and was held scoreless from then on out. Northwest went on to score in the second and third quarters. No other information was provided to the News Journal.
