The Western Brown Broncos bucked their way through a slew of aggressive G-Men rally attempts to escape Georgetown High School with a 65-50 win. The win over Georgetown marked the Broncos' seventh in a row, moving to an 8-1 overall record on the season and 5-1 in the Southern Buckeye Conference.

Leading the way for the Broncos in the win at Georgetown was 6-4 senior Greg Liming with 23 points. Liming buried eight field goals against the G-Men, three from beyond the arc, and knocked down a perfect 4-4 from the charity stripe.  

Western Brown senior Tyler Morgan recorded a double-double in Tuesday's win, racking up 19 pionts and pounding the boards for 20 rebounds. In the Broncos' nine match-ups this season, Morgan leads in scoring with an average of 25.9 points per game. The 6-4 senior forward/guard is averaging a double-double this season with 16.7 rebounds per game to go with his scoring average, 10.4 rpg coming from the defensive end. He's also skied for four blocked shots this season and averages 2.2 steals per match-up.

Western Brown's 6-7 senior Ethan Fite is also averaging a double-double for the season with 11.9 ppg and 11.8 rpg. Fite had 10 points and 11 rebounds in the win at Georgetown.  

On Georgetown's end, junior standout Jess Chadwell led the way with 29 points in Tuesday's loss, draining nine field goals (two 3-pointers) and 5-7 from the foul line. Chadwell is averaging more than 25 points per game to lead the G-Men (6-5, SBC 5-2) in scoring this season.

Georgetown senior point guard Calvin Cahall buried five field goals for 10 points in the loss to the Broncos.
