ARCHBOLD - The Wayne Trace boys and girls track teams competed at the Walker/Dilbone Relays at Archbold High School Friday evening. Below are all the Raiders' results.
*Both the Wayne Trace boys and girls squads placed eighth at the meet.
Boys events:
-long jump (Newcomb, Myers and Kimmel) combined for a distance of 51-feet-3.75. The team placed sixth.
-spring medley team of Newcomb, Kimmel, Wolford and Hartman which recorded a fifth-place time of 1:53.9.
Girls events:
-discus team of Gibson, Akkerman and Janka placed sixth with a total distance of 224-5.
-shot put team of Tolan, Lay and Janka earned a point with a sixth place finish with total put of 79-2.75.
-long jump team of Ferguson and Clark recorded a combined jump of 18-5 to take sixth place.
-6400 meter relay team of Lantow, Rue, House and Litzenberg was sixth with a time of 32:09.7.
-1600m medley, ran by Hicks, Priest, Ehresman and Stoller placed sixth with a time of 4:56.6.
