Parkway High School Bowling Club holding fundraiser

ROCKFORD -- The Parkway bowling club is currently selling (Romers) Chicken Dinner tickets. The dinner will be held on March 30, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (before the Variety Show) in the Rockford High School commons area.
Tickets may be purchased at The Peoples Bank in Rockford until Sat. March 22, from any bowler or by contacting Chris at 419-733-0390. The Bowling Club is a self-supporting organization and currently recieves no financial support from the Parkway School or the Parkway Booster Club. This year each bowler was responsible for a $75 fee which covered the cost of the team uniform shirt and six practice games per week. Any equipment such as shoes, bowling balls, uniform pants and any extra practice games were also the responsibility of the bowler. The proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to pay for the $80, per team, tournament entry fees and the $50 cafeteria usage fee. Your support will be greatly appreciated.
