Elder brings the Purple Nation to the WMS gym Tuesday night. ----- WHS 52 AMelia 14 after three. Ho-hum ..... ----- Wilmington 33 AMelia 10 at the half. Rollins 12 and Heard 11 in the first half. The WHS defense was stifling in he first two quarters as Amelia could do nothing on offense. WOW. ----- Wilmington 14 AMelia 3 after one. Heard was the Hurricane top scorer with 6. Berlin has 2 fouls. ----- JV Cane pull off a 43-39 win over Amelia. Varsity should tip about 7:28 pm. ----- THe Amelia game with Wilmington is getting near tipoff. The JV game just finished halftime with Amelia up 21-20. The Barons varsity defeated Wilmington last season, the only FAVC Cardinal Division team to do so in 2007-08. Can they do it again?
