East Clinton 8th grade girls end season with win over Hillsboro |

The East Clinton eighth grade girls basketball team wrapped up its regular season with a 26-21 win over Hillsboro. Hannah Barnes had 11 points and Ashley Caplinger scored eight. Brittany Jackson had five points and Stephanie Habermehl scored two. Jackson was the top rebounder with nine while Barnes grabbed four. Habermehl, Caplinger and Kaylee Parrish had three each. Jessica Larrick grabbed one rebound.
Barnes, Caplinger and Jackson had two steals each. Habermehl handed out two assists. East Clinton is 5-9 overall and 3-5 in the Southern Buckeye Conference.
