Jefferson must replace 4 year letterman and all-District 8 shooting guard Michael Wiltsie, but the Cats return experience at virtually every position. Mike Rahrig, Bubba Shivley, and Josh Miller return for their 4th year on the varsity roster; while Matt Gerdeman, Matthew Antalis, and Jordan Jettinghoff are in their 3rd go around. Gerdeman was a first team all-Van Wert Area selection one year ago and Jettinghoff was an Honorable Mention selection on the same team. The perimeter game is expected to improve with Jettinghoff, Carder, Rahrig, and Austin Bonifas leading the way. Newcomers Andy Wiltsie, Ryan Ebbeskotte, and Logan Bonifas are expected to push for playing time at the guard position. Jefferson is deep in the post with Gerdeman, Shivley, Antalis, and Miller (also capable on the perimeter) leading the way. Sophomore Mitchell Antalis looks to bolster the Cats in the paint.
