TROY — The Greenville volleyball team lost in four sets to Troy Wednesday evening.

Greenville lost the match to the Greater Western Ohio Conference opponent 26-28, 25-17, 17-25, 21-25.

Kacie Foreman had five kills and eight digs for Greenville. Jessica Dorsten had 13 digs in the match. Kelsey Tester recorded three blocks, seven kills and seven digs for the Lady Wave. Eireca Hetzler had six kills and nine digs in the match.

GREENVILLE — The Greenville girls golf team lost 219 to 258 to Covington.

Anne Hemer led Greenville by shooting a 61 in the round.

Greenville’s Jennifer Murray shot a 63, Jenelle Agne shot a 66, and Cassandra Stock shot a 68. Taylin French shot a 70 for the Lady Wave, and Sierra Riffle rounded out the team’s scoring by shooting a 77.

SIDNEY — The Greenville boys golf team lost a pair of matches at Shelby Oaks Golf Club in Sidney this week.

On Monday, Greenville lost to Lehman Catholic. Greenville shot a 173 while Lehman shot a 149.

On Wednesday, Greenville lost to Greater Western Ohio Conference foe Sidney. Greenville shot a 174, and Sidney shot a 163.
