Six Falcons headed to grade school state tournament PDF Print E-mail

The Clinton-Massie youth wrestlers finished third at the Troy Christian state qualifier tournament on Feb. 13.

Six Clinton-Massie wrestlers will be competing in the grade school state tournament March 12-14 in Marion. They are Noah Corbett, Colton Doyle, Jacob Garrison, Grant Novinger, Cole O’Bryon and Luke Richardson.

Fifteen wrestlers total from Clinton-Massie competed in the tournament.

Massie ends Trace’s nine-title SCOL run PDF Print E-mail

HILLSBORO — Ending Miami Trace’s nine-title reign, Clinton-Massie cruised to the South Central Ohio League wrestling championship Saturday at Hillsboro High School.

Zach and Tyler Borton along with Alex Nedved won weight-class titles for Dan McSurley’s Falcon.

Nolan Shelton, Luke McSurley, Wyatt Running, Corby Running and Mike Stenger all finished second in their respective classes.
