CM 8th grade girls open tourney with win over London |

LONDON — The Clinton-Massie eighth grade girls basketball team defeated London 39-16 Monday in the Madison-Plains tournament. The No. 1-seeded Lady Falcons, now 15-0 on the year, will meet either Greenfield or Hillsboro at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in the next round of the tournament. Logan Frederick 12 points and eight rebounds, including six at the offensive end. Frederick made 6 of 11 shots from the field.
Sydney Brackemyre had all 11 of her points in the third period. Allison Monnin had 11 points, five rebounds and five steals.
