Pre-season athletic screenings for area student athletes in grades 3 through 12 are now being scheduled at the CMH Regional Health System Family Health Center, 825 W. Locust Street, Wilmington.

Cost is $10, which will be donated back to the athlete’s school.

Dates and times are: Thursday, July 16, 5-8 p.m.; Monday, July 27, 5-8 p.m.; Tuesday, August 18, 5-8 p.m.; Tuesday, October 20, 5-7 p.m.

Those needing physicals must have a physical examination form and consent form which is issued to them by their school. These forms must be completed with the consent signed by a parent or guardian before each child is seen. If the child does not have the forms, the CMH Family Health Center will provide them.
