The Blanchester High School football team is hitting the road Friday and heading to Reading for a non-conference contest.

Last week, the Wildcats were defeated 49-0 by Clinton-Massie in the Keg Game.

Also last week, Reading was defeated 42-9 by North College Hill.

Both teams will be looking for their first season wins.

For Reading, K. Acus led the team in Rushing against NCH with 85 yards, while B. Minor hit B. Gertz for a 22-yard pass.

Blanchester coaching staff did not return the News Journal’s weekly questionaire.
