Wildcats blanked second straight week |

READING — Unable to score for the second consecutive week, the Blanchester Wildcats dropped a 14-0 non-league contest Friday night to Reading. The game was stopped with 1:26 left in the fourth quarter because of lightning. Officials at the game from both schools decided to call the game at that time rather than wait out the storm. The start of the game was delayed by weather as well.
Blanchester is 0-2 on the season and has been outscored 63-0. Reading evens its record at 1-1.
