BLANCHESTER — Unable to put much offense together, the Blanchester girls basketball team relied on its defense Thursday night. However, Georgetown managed just enough points to come out on top, 33-27. The Southern Buckeye Conference contest leaves the Lady Wildcats at 1-4 overall and 1-3 in the league. “It was a defensive game,” said BHS coach Dan Slocum. “The girls played hard, we just need to find a way to score, put the ball in the basket and make foul shots.” Be first to comment this article | Add as favourites (23) | Quote this article on your site | Views: 103 |
